1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

• “Portal” means the FASTag recharge service at fastag.payman.in.
• “User” means any person who uses or accesses the portal for recharging, querying, or any related activity.
• “FASTag” refers to the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag used for toll payments under the NETC (National Electronic Toll Collection) system.
• “Provider” means the entity issuing and managing the FASTag.
• “Transaction” means any recharge, bill fetch, payment, refund or related action made through the portal.

2. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete information including vehicle number, mobile number, provider selection, etc.
• You are responsible for confirming the correctness of all inputs before initiating any transaction.
• You agree not to use the portal for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

3. Payment, Recharges & Charges

• All recharges initiated are final once processed successfully. Double-check all details before submitting.
• Additional fees or charges may apply depending on payment method, provider policies, or regulatory requirements.
• If a payment fails or is interrupted, we will initiate refund procedures as per our Refund Policy.

4. Liability

• We will make reasonable efforts to ensure reliability and security of the portal, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for losses arising out of incorrect usage, including wrong vehicle number, wrong provider, or any third party system failures.
• In no event shall liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, website design, and other materials on the portal are the property of FasTagPayman or its licensors. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the portal is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or disable access to the portal (or certain features) at any time, for maintenance, security reasons, or violation of these terms.
• Users may have their accounts terminated or restricted in case of misuse or repeated violation.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the portal after changes implies acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telengana.
